This is a replacement of my original post. I was upset with how subcontractors were behaving at the site next door to us. But a great guy named Clay turned a bad review into a golden opportunity to show how great Alvarez actually is. Clay came by our home in person and apologized for any inconvenience explaining they had lost a project manager for that site due to personal problems which left them temporarily in the lurch.
