Had my little sister's funeral there 3-2-2015 and Burial service the next day. I was blown away with there help and the excellent service they provided. Susan the director over exceeded all my expectations. She was very concern with pleasing my mother especially since my sister was her only daughter, Susan thank you for all your help.

My first, and FINAL experience with Alvarez Funeral Directors began and ended with just a phone call. I am planning my father in laws memorial service from California and have been making calls to different funeral homes in Chicago for pricing information and service details, etc...
