This was a perfect first experience at this dentist from the moment we walked in as we were greeted so nicely by Betsy the receptionist . She was extremely nice and told us we already completed everything online so there was no need to fill out a bunch of paperwork. My wife and I were seen quickly by the assistant for fast xrays then Dr. Alvarez came right in to actually do the cleaning herself, unlike most other dental offices we have been to. I booked an appointment with this office on June 10 for June 19. On June 18, while I was at work in back-to-back meetings, I missed a call from their office and then received a series of three text messages in quick succession — the last of which stated that my appointment had been cancelled. When I called to follow up the next morning, I was told they had “called multiple times, left voicemails, and sent messages” and that because I didn’t confirm at least 24 hours in advance, my appointment was cancelled. Went there as a new patient a few days ago. First impression Clean Office, Receptionist Very Welcoming and Friendly. Dentist and assistant were very nice. Dentist took her time to explain my treatment. Definitely will be going back and I definitely recommend!
