I have been seeing Andrea for going on 8 years. She is amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and retains so much from every talk we have. She also makes time to go to conferences and symposiums to stay updated on OCD treatments/research. I highly recommend her for anyone that suffers from generalized anxiety, depression, or OCD
I like my therapist Dave. He's a great listener and he have the ears to hear you out. The front desk receptionist is wonderful. She went over all payments with me and she's very sweet. I didn't see any rudeness in her. Maybe it's me. AMA staff, keep up the good work. You will get your bad reviews from time to time. Here is a good good review! I love the customer service each time I visit.
I had a small accident on the way home from work and completely forgot my sons 5:30 appt. I didn't even realize till first thing the next morning when i was notified of a 113 dollar charge on my account from AMA. I had also missed a TMV appt with my own doctor that evening. The difference? My doctor called me the next day to make sure everything was okay, reschedule, and let me know i had a n/s charge and they would be billing to me, which was understandable.
