Alex and his team did an excellent job with repainting our exterior siding of our two-story home in Lake Forest. They came and did a thorough walk-through to provide a fair and balanced quote. They power-washed the whole exterior, scrapped away all the old paint, replaced siding where it need to, and re-painted. The guys worked efficiently and with respect to the home, delivering a quality result. Highly recommend.
We made the right decision to use Alvarado’s Painting Corp. to paint the exterior of our house. They did an amazing job of prepping our cedar siding, filling woodpecker holes, etc. before staining and also repairing wood window trim before painting. We wanted to stay with same house colors and they perfectly matched the colors! Hard workers finished the job in 5 days! Waiting on a quote to do some indoor painting! 👍🏻
We just used Alex Alvarado’s services for adding wainscoting, painting and wallpaper in a couple of rooms and staircase. His crew is patient and knowledgeable. They listened to our needs and catered around that. Cleaned up nicely after the work. Alex is prompt in communication and very very reasonable compared to 5 other estimates I got, without compromising craftsmanship. I highly recommend him and team. I will use them again!
