I read roseslug's review about their office assistant and entirely agree. I haven't hired a roofing company yet, but based on the rotten attitude, poor attention to detail, and lack of communication from their office, I will almost certainly look elsewhere for my re-roof.

I do not recommend this company! Worst experience ever! I have never had such a bad experience with any company. Alvarado roofing came out to do our roof and it has been noting but problems ever since. Shingles fly off anytime we get wind, roof leaks, never get our phone calls returned, etc etc.... There are other companies out there that will do the job right. Don't use this company!

Awful Expeirence – I opted for the highest quality roof Alvarado offered; the proposal was $8500, but as I was paying cash, they knocked off $1000. If I'd known that the $1000 discount was the price of professionalism, I'd either have gone with the higher estimate or a different company. The work was done quickly; they told me two days, it took one. But when it was "done", there was garbage left in my yard (two vents they pulled out of the roof, tree clippings, candy wrappers, gatorade/red bull bottles in hedges, roofing mat... read more

Replaced my foor in one day. This is the best roofing company in Albuquerque. I have 4000 sf of roofing. The crew came out, tore the old roof off and re-roofed the house in one day. When they left they had cleaned off the roof and my yard. Having worked in insurance I am aware that not all roofing companies are the same. Alvarado Roofing Co. is great.

Sales Manager I had a new roof installed on my flat roof adobe home in Albuquerque a year ago. Alvarado Roofing was prompt, very neat and my roof no longer leaks. The billing and post-sale contact was professional and accurate. I recommend Alvarado Roofing.

Terrible customer service - can't deal with monsoon season – The work this company does is fine, as far as I can tell. Where they earn such a poor rating is for the unprofessionalism and nastiness of the woman who handles their customer service. As I'm writing this, ABQ is experiencing extreme amounts of rain, even for monsoon season. A lot of roofs are leaking, and this company is overbooked. I don't mind that - I understand how long it takes when you're normally a small company and because of freak conditions you get swamp... read more
