I just wanna know why tf I made an appointment at 10:30 and it’s 11:30 now and I’m still waiting in the waiting room. What tf is the point of making an appointment when they don’t even see you at that time.

Took almost three hours for exam and tried to over price my frames and lens . On top of that my eyeglass prescription was ineligible difficult to read numbers
