The Worst decision I've made was moving here, they promised me a safe community. Hi! I don’t know what I’m reviewing, my service requests were never completed.
If you want to live in the ghetto, this is a place you have homeless people living underneath. Your steps management does absolutely nothing to help you. You have your packages stolen constantly. If you need a maintenance man, you'll find them sleeping in their cars in the parking lot.
Reina said we would be in the new apartment by the last weekend of April 2024. But then she moved move in date to a week after. When we got to the new apartment it reeked of urine. We moved in on a weekend, so we had to spend two nights in a horrible, awful smelling apartment. When I went to the office on Monday, she said she didn’t take no action because she thought the smell “would go away”. really unprofessional of there “ security” saying you like to fight out of no where when we were just talking to him for “trespassing” supposedly when our friend lives there & for having glass containers but there was white people there the day before all day there drinking with glass containers in my opinion i feel like we were just being racially profiled to be honest really unprofessional.
