I was very impressed with Ms.Alva's Tax Service. She handled a complex situation with expert knowledge and patience explaining everything clearly. She saved me a very significant amount of money. I highly recommend her.
I had a very disappointing experience. My tax documents were submitted incorrectly and my information was entered wrong, which caused my filing to be rejected. When I reached out for help, I was given the runaround instead of clear answers. When I went to her business location to resolve the issue, she was rude and unprofessional, and her work area did not appear organized. Accuracy and professionalism are critical in tax services, and unfortunately this experience lacked both.
