Trashy, dirty, unprofessional staff, do better, run! Also, these same apartments that are not even updated were only about $1300 in 2010 - 2016 for the 2 bedroom. Ridiculous to pay so much for such a run-down, not even updated place. They just doubled the price, priced everyone out for the same crappy apartment i paid for years ago. Just sad!
I just love it here. I feel so safe. And the owner is amazing.
The pool is great. Other than that, it's awful. And they steal your security deposit by taking out illegal fees. (Filing a small claim against them next week!) No AC's allowed. Summers are miserable. Parking rules aren't enforced. Management has been unprofessional from the on-site manager to Fairgrove's Regional Manager. They once towed our car because they gave us the wrong parking pass. Security is lacking; the same car was stolen from the office lot. Just not a good place!
Great place quiet at night feels safe.
This place used to be great. Once Felicia left, I had to move out due to Poor management. Avoid this place.
