I signed up for Alva Family Practice’s Direct Primary Care membership in May. I never canceled because I believed the membership wasn’t active. I kept receiving emails asking me to set up recurring payments, and I was never charged on the scheduled date in June, so I assumed there was nothing to cancel. A few days ago, I was unexpectedly charged for both June and July at the same time.
