Dangerous Drivers - Dump truck driver made a right turn in front of me while I was cycling to work on Hwy 3 crossing Silver Birch Drive. I had to jam on my breaks and also turn right on Silver Birch Drive not to go under the wheels. I was a meter from being hit by the rear wheel of their vehicle. I confronted the driver as to why they would make an unsafe turn trying to kill me, and they asked "That thing has breaks doesn't it?".
