I wanted a grey balayage on my dark brown hair. I picked Mesut because he was listed as “lead colorist” and I didn’t want to take any chances. He didn’t think he could get the greyish color I wanted which is fine, I said “I just don’t want it to be yellow” he also said he was going to do all over lightening and I said “no, not all over… I still want a lot of brown” (like the pic I showed him).
