Long waits and slow table service
Was so disappointed! Finally got to go to this restaurant after hearing many rave reviews! After the manager causes a huge scene yelling at the delivery man from waiter, we then proceeded to wait an hour for our food without an update until I finally asked about it. I was met with an attitude from the manager brandy.. really not impressed with the food.. at all. Will not be returning.

We Love This Place... We go at least once a week. Steak Night is Tuesdays.. We were disappointed only 1 time with our steak. Nobody's perfect- even restaurants. It never stopped us from going back. 2 thumbs up Alumni.👍❤️😊
In restaurant service is suffering since Waitr service started - badly - been waiting a half hour for a salad
I would recommend Alumni Grill for the food and wait staff. Called ahead Wednesday and again after Nicholls Graduation with a large group and the manager was very rude over phone to my husband about our arrival time. When we arrived there before they opened to make sure we followed her directions, we arrived with no one else in the restaurant. They had us set up at two tables causing our family to split up. The Mother's Day special meals were so delicious and cooked perfectly. I had the ribeye and my daughter had the Mahi-Mahi. The strawberry shortcake was so amazing as well. Way to go, Alumni Grill!
