Great quality workmanship. We had a small issue and they were out the very next day to remedy the situation. I had to adjust my review...after hurricane Milton we had some damage to the screening on our birdcage and automatically reached out to Aluminum Structures since they installed our bird cage. They came out quick and we asked for a fix for 2 panels and a replacement for 3 panels. We got a quote that seemed quite high. Communication was not very good this go round. 10/26- another company had to come fix the leak that was in the front patio... Another 150 for something that should be covered by this company... But they didn't answer the pho10/5...I have reached out to this company several times about the leaks in my patios and the door being hung the wrong way.... I had to contact another company for repairs... So far I am out another $250 and more to come... This is the worst company I have ever worked with. No call backs and poor service.. Okay, how do i start. I am what most would consider very understanding. I try to ALWAYS understand the other person point of view. However, when you spend so much for such a big project, a level of professionalism is expected. the one star is simply because "A patio" was build. But quality is not as expected. but the extreme leak afterwards is a major issues ruining flooring work we did following the patio construction.
