So I just had the worst experience with this place I called this place to get information on a part I needed for my window and Deena said you want information on a item so you can go to my competitors? She was completely rude they told me they couldn’t fix it they could spray it with a silicon spray that may or may not work . All in all her customer service was very poor and I’m so sorry for anyone that will ever have to put up with that .
