I called this company to get an estimate on an aluminum shingle roof. The gentleman on the phone was not friendly at all required $1000 down payment for him to even come out and look at it and when I told him we would go with another company he told me good, this is not the kind of customer service I would expect from a professional company. Aluminum Lock Roofing did a fantastic job installing our copper-colored aluminum roof. We debated sticking with less-expensive traditional shingles but are so pleased with our decision to get aluminum. The installation crew was professional and did an excellent job with the roof and the cleanup. We were delighted to see the turtle vents and pipes covered, so the entire roof is copper colored. It looks so good! Highly recommend.
