We absolutely love our awning! The technician was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable. The office was the same. Thank you Cool Covers!! I will definitely recommend you!! I wasn’t sure about the black but it looks great!! Side note. It is not crooked. It’s the way I took the photo.

We had Cool Covers put an awning over our west facing back door. It turned out wonderful. They were very willing and extremely kind in coming to make an adjustment I requested. Professional, polite, helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend them!!
I'm sure the staff at Cool Covers thought I was a problem child--but they handled all of my questions professionally and helped me along the way. I even visited the main office, and I could tell they have quality people working for them. The installation went really well, and it is a beautiful structure. Very well built. I am very happy.
