Had thermostat go bad, there's. They came put new in but was cheap thermostat that will not program enough times to compensate for energy savings. It also turn on heat strips when it should not. Call to see if they would fix problem. Was told I authorized the cheap thermostat, but i didn't get asked. The office lady was not helpful at all. So I told her I wouldn't be calling again and she rudly to me that's my choice. To bad was long term customer.
