Horrible service, the guy took 2 months to build my trailer and he told me it’d only take a week. He never answered the phone when i tried to ask for updates. Would never recommend!!!
Terrible service by Carlos at alumatrek trailers for never responding to any of my text or calls and constantly coming up with excuses say parts are on back order etc. took me 8 months to get my trailer. Don’t shop here!!!
absolutely a con artist ripped me off for 6745 dollars over 5 months and no refund and no trailer it's bin 1 lie after another please check the BBB on this guy he has ripped off 8 peaple besides myself the ocala police department tryed to get a warrant for fraud but the judge wound'nt sign off and said it was a cival matter.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ALUMATREK!!! YOU WILL BE SCAMMED! False promises from the company. My husband and I have been dealing with this awful company for over a year. We originally purchased a trailer in April 2023 and the owner has continually given us excuses on why we couldn’t receive our money returned. We have NEVER received our trailer and now we have been dealing with a situation where we have not received our full refund.
