I sent the below message as an email this weekend and got no response. Seems you dont back your product. I included a phone number & video showing the problem. I purchased your 50 pack of 42 gal 3 mil contractor bags to use as I clean out my house. I filled several bags roughly half full with all types of stuff both wet and dry, brittle and not.
