Altus Motorsports makes everything easy about the purchasing process. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding, the prices are great!! We have purchased a Polaris RZR 900 4 seat and 2 Honda CRF 110f’s as well as all of the protective gear for my children. Going back to the staff, you will not find a more knowledgeable and friendly place to shop than Altus!

I found a used bike at a great price in their inventory so I called and made a deal over the phone to trade my bike and purchase theirs since I live 7 hours away. I realize things need to reassessed when I get there and all the bikes have been looked over by both parties. I was offered 700 dollars less for my dirt bike than what was discussed over the phone because of a phantom clutch issue the mechanic found because he said it was dragging and new chain and sprockets. I can replace all that myself for less than 200 dollars ... read more

We are sorry you feel this way. It is difficult to value a trade over the phone until the motorcycle is tested and evaluated in person at our store. The shop Forman estimated for a new clutch basket and all the clutch plates. This is why the valuation changed from over the phone. We are sorry you did not get the price you felt like your motorcycle was worth. Hopefully you are enjoying your new dirt bike.
