Our experience was absolutely amazing! We bought a new KTM motorcycle and the owner, sales manager, service guys and especially April, the business manager, were all very accommodating to our needs and made the whole process easy and pleasant. They even did some customizing that we asked for and were able to get it done in the time frame that we needed it. I've never had a better experience buying a motorcycle and I highly recommend this dealership!
Amazing staff that make you feel welcomed the moment you walk in the door. From the people up front to the last hand you shake. April and Bobby made the process easier and quite enjoyable. Will be back in the future for sure!
This place is really awesome, they have everything and it's super clean, everyone was very friendly, my sales person was Mel, Eddie was my service guy, and April was the finance department specialist and they were all great, very helpful, knowledgeable and super fun to deal with. This place is definitely worth the drive, I would highly recommend to anyone!
Mel and April where absolutely amazing I made a call into the store for a 2025 KTM 250 SX-F and got out the door price I then arrived to pick up bike got there and 20 minutes later swiped my card for the bike service then took the bike back and got it all lined up and ready to go also the suspension techs set up my sag. The parts department also hooked me up with everything i needed for the new bike. What an absolute amazing crew over at Altus.
First positive experience at a dealership I’ve ever had. Working with Jordan and April made things as seamless as they could’ve been. I bought at 2026 YZ250F for almost 4k less than my local dealer quoted me. They had a huge selection of all different makes and models of bikes, also with great pricing. I’ll definitely be returning for my next bike when the time comes.
