The receptionist as well as the office manager. Is the reason for this business getting a level grade of one. Sandy has no professionalism. She speaks on the doctors behalf all the time without the doctors knowledge. They need to hire new staff that are trained health professionals. Do not hire individuals that call and disrespect people.
Dr Chawla has been my primary doctor for many years. Such a wonderful, caring physician.
