A nurse named Christina, possibly spelled Kristina, was so in tune with everything, when to change and adjust things, had tips, was good interacting with Alzheimer’s and dementia and I just felt like we could really trust her and trust her judgement. She’s realistic and approachable. Also, a bath aide named Rebecca is so good with memory care and we appreciate her being so reliable and always showing up.
I was so pleased with Altus Hospice as they cared for my mother in a home health center in north Houston. Every single person at Altus that I worked with was kind, patient, provided clarity, direction and advice. With Altus I know my mother's passing was peaceful and comfortable. Thank you to the case workers, the nurses and all others at Altus Hospice.

My 91-year old mother was released from hospital and spent 4 weeks at home being cared for by Altus before she passed away of heart failure. She enjoyed the frequent visits by Altus people stopping by to check on her (nurse, social worker, chaplain, etc.) and they were all professional and compassionate. Altus made a difficult time easier for all of us and we recommend them. They did what they said they would.
