The card reader has never worked for me. I've seen it work for some people and others it won't. So I always have to use cash, which can be an inconvenience. I used to really like their vacuum's, but every time I go now, I have to move my car because the vacuum I chose is broken. It either won't suction or the head of the vacuum is broken and falling off. It's a nice car wash, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and upkeep.I really hope they fix these issues!

Card reader never works and today this guy straight up told me it was my card not his machines I’m not sure if he’s on something but he was way too extra and I sat behind two other cars that had to pull out or back out because of their card readers too but yeah it must be my card only. What a joke. Right after I left there I went to the other one down the road and my card worked just fine. He could have been nicer about their situation for sure.
