Avoid this disgusting place! In less than a year my apartment has been flooded twice, someone was shot by my front door, have been without water on multiple occasions, including last week for 3 days! Couldn’t flush toilets, couldn’t bathe, couldn’t do dishes. Place was unlivable and office refused to reimburse hotel costs or discount that months rent. It was okay but Management and Laundry Facility needs some improvement. So- I used to live there with my boyfriend @ the time. Granted, we got lucky to even get this place. The apartment was beautiful. The only problems I would have is the toilet was constantly broken and they kept getting manitance to "fix" it but it really just made things worse. Office people There don’t care attitude is the worst. They won’t help you. They have an office but you won’t be able to get help from there.

Horrible Apartment management, they tell you one thing and do an other. I was told when i moved in I can have my trailer parked here , that the only reason why I moved in and just last week they towed it away after 10 months . I had to pay $400 to take it out from tow yard and then they said it wasn't there fault ? when they signed off on it ? If you move out on good terms with a $0 balance, then they'll put you through a collection agency saying that you owe them over $950 when you don't. Then you have to play Yo-Yo back and forth between the leasing office and the collection agency because Altura's leasing agents (Lexie) are very incompetent and inexperienced. Stay away if you want to keep your good credit.

Do not believe anything This place is a dump! Ever since new owners took over NOTHING is the same!!! The laundry facilities are disgusting......DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND there is so much trash everywhere. I had to call them about the grass not being cut for 3 weeks!!! It was like a jungle. THEN they increased rent by more than $100 for the same CRAPY apartment. Foothill Village Apartment #223 6255 W Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas NV 89103 I have a 2 bedroom 2 Baths Apartment. Great setup, when I moved in it was completed renovated. All new appliances, including, dish washer and washer and dryer. I love it. My problem is, I chose a ground floor unit, and there is an un- disciplined kid above who runs everywhere and stomps directly over my head all day and night when he is in the house.
