Altura Homes is trash. They didn't finish their contract and finish fence as was in the original contract. They also didn't build the lots correctly with the slopes allowing numerous backyards to flood and causingdirt on the sides of houses to wash away from which will eventually start causing foundation issues. They also went very cheap with the fences so basically every fence has to be replaced.
