This is my 2nd home built by Altura. (Country side) I love this new home and the company. My first Altura home was built by Mr Jay Webb and he and his team have continued with that same customer service and quality. Thank you Mr Webb if you read this my former name was Banda and we were in Crandall. Also Gary the contractor is excellent!!! Responded to all of our questions quick and took care of everything.
We have been our home for 30 days and home was not finished when we closed. We were promissed everything would be completed within a week , but had 30 days to be completed by community builder. Still trying to get things completed and have been turned over to warranty who has not responded in over a week. We have elctrical issues, flooring issues, paint not completed and garage door trim bowing as a few examples. Recommend serious caution when buying from Altura Homes.
