I’ve lived the past three years at Altura, this has to be nicest place in Whittier, such a safe and calm place to live.
The layout of these apartments is very nice , beware the 24 hour gym brings in the worst people, racing at all hours fireworks at all all times you can hear your neighbors thru the vents no security! And in a short time the elevator has been broken about 4-5 times there are no ramps only stairs I’ve been locked out 2x not being able to use the stairs , if you want quite evenings and a friendly staff Stay Away!!!!! Overpriced !!!
Amazing and attentive management and maintenance. Always there when you need them and do there very best to address concerns.
It’s unfortunate that I’m starting to watch this place slowly go downhill, been here over a year. It used to be much more calm, now, we’re unfortunately dealing with car theft, smokers, and dirty people trashing the place. I’m convinced they’re just letting literally anyone live in here now. Noticed today that someone has fondled with my car door. Starting to feel unsafe, and unfortunately they went up on garage prices at this time where SEVERAL cars have been broken into.
