This property is in a great location in Whittier and offers nice amenities. The staff is generally friendly, and both Jake and Jose deserve special recognition. Jake is always helpful, professional, and extremely friendly with tenants. Jose, a member of the maintenance team, works hard and is often seen addressing issues around the property. Altura at the Groves is in a great location, with a generous offering of beautiful and luxurious amenities! Laurie was very sweet and personable during my tour and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for in my next home!
Very unethical management and extremely poor customer service. They often speak to residents as if they are opposing lawyers, frequently threatening to charge fees or take legal action over minor complaints or reasonable feedback. I have lived here for almost three years and ultimately decided to leave because of the management. They are very rude and seem to care more about money than residents’ needs.
