Alrighty, I just signed another lease here, Ive been here ever since this started. I was looking for a place to live that was safe, close to my university, family oriented, access to a park, grocery stores, car wash, Alkaline water, nail saloon, hair products, local coffee shops (Mug's coffee is a few blocks away, phill's coffee is next door) nice food choices, quiet!!! I lived at Altura Apartments for 12 months and overall had a positive experience. The leasing office team was very responsive, helpful, and they always responded quickly to maintenance requests, communicated clearly about policies, helped during move-in and move-out. The move-in process was smooth and the apartment itself was well maintained any issues I encountered during my stay such as maintenance, noise, amenities, parking, etc were handled professionally and timely. Been here for over a month now and so far everything's been perfect. Very peaceful neighborhood, helpful staff, and amazing amenities!
