My leasing agents Kay and Francisco were absolutely amazing! Kay was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process, and Francisco held down the fort beautifully as the Assistant Property Manager while the Property Manager was out of office. Well done, highly recommend!
Worst experience ever ! They don’t refund your deposit in the end off the lease . They charged 3,700 for the deposit and just want to refund me 400$ back ! They said it was all demage . But it was not ! It was just dirt! They should charged just for move out cleaning but are trying to get my money pretending that was demage on the apartment . the worst experiencie ever . There is never anyone working in the office to provide assistance. They didn't return my deposit correctly and now I'm suing them. When I went to the office to clarify why they were only giving me back $400 of the deposit that i paid $3,700, the Menage Shannon Lothringer was super rud and kicked me out of the office, she said that I was been disrespectful to her, but i was not !
