I do not recommend this place. WSIB sent me here for an assessment, they falsified my medical assessment. I didn’t find Sue to be empathetic, I was struggling with pain. I found after leaving here I was in more pain. I don’t recommend this clinic since they support the corrupt wsib. I suggest looking elsewhere.
Total left knee replacement October 25, 2024. Clean well equipped facility. Friendly staff. My PT Jenn was great!
Came to Altum after TKR surgery in October. My Physiotherapist was Jen who I have to say was wonderful (especially on Halloween sporting her cow costume)! As you'd expect, in the beginning everything was painful but Jen challenged me to do the exercises and supported my efforts with measurements and verbal encouragement. After running through my program I'm walking normally and gradually increasing my distance. Thanks Jen, you're a superstar.
Went there for pelvic physio initial visit. Had an appointment with Katrina. Not worth it at all. I called many places they said pelvic physio requires internal exam during the first initial visit to get the full benefit of the treatment. Even they themselves said it when I called to book an appointment. She was very hesitant and said will do it next time if you need it. Even tho I signed the consent for it. It was a waste of my time and money.
