Terrible experience with Adtstadt Plumbing Service. They screwed up an installation of a new dishwasher. When I had them return to fix it, they charged again for the repair that should have been done correctly before. When I called them to unclog a drain, they came out with the wrong equipment, and had to return the next day, and they charged for a second trip, and the time wasted on the first try. Charged twice the amount of there quote
I highly recommend Alstadt. I had worked with them professionally, but it's a different matter when it's MY home and MY problem. They were prompt, professional, thorough, made good use of their time and fixed the problem.
Terrible customer service! I was told a day and time took off work be home waiting all day. Called and worker and she was very rude and refused to let me speak to owner in charge. Then called and cancelled so I have to wait another week w no water. I would not recommend them to anyone ever.
My husband isn't sure if the man's name was Trevon or Trevor but he really liked him and was well pleased with his work. He came in, assessed the situation, got right to work, and took care of business. very professional and courteous. My husband said we just found who he hopes to get to take care of all of our plumbing needs.
We had sewer problems and called Altstadt plumbing. They along with the sewer dept. figured out the problem and had us fixed in a day. They were all very professional and did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again!!
I was 99% sure I needed to replace my old cast iron drain under the commode, which was leaking into the basement, so I asked for an estimate from a couple of different plumbing firms, but was told by at least one that they don't do that, that they would only send someone to do the job. But not these folks! Within a couple of days, Alan Hoffman was here, and could have easily sold me a very expensive repair, but, instead, assured me the leak was in the wax ring, and that was all I really needed.
