Altstadt Hoffman Plumbing did an outstanding job resolving a pipe failure beneath my foundation. From start to finish, their team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained the repair approach, and completed the work efficiently with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
If I could give them a zero, I would. Still waiting for them to arrive. Ben over a week - I had several appointments set by them. I confirmed each appointment with a live person and they still did not show up EACH TIME!!. I spoke with Jack who brushed me off and said we can try again tomorrow. If you want results - call someone else.
Updating my review- we’ve been in touch with Altstadt recently and were impressed with how they handled the situation. We are looking at continuing the original job with them and are increasing the review a bit to reflect their professionalism regarding the situation. We used Altstadt for installing a bathroom and updating the plumbing after doing a massive mold remediation. This company put in a new sump pump in my home when I moved in 2 years ago. It was through American Home Shield. When I had that work done I SPECIFICALLY told them if there is ANYTHING else that needs to be done I will pay for that repair. Now I have this pump checked because it keeps running and running. So I called them since THEY put it in. I had them come out to take a look and the person in the office saw my records and said they would some out.
