I brought my brand new Fendi pants here for a blind hem. This is something every tailor knows how to do, especially a "high end" one. The existing blind hem which needed to be lengthened, had a beautiful tissue thin luxury fabric in place. They changed it to a thick menswear suit like scrap fabric that was stiff! Totally unacceptable!!!! I refused this work, and they brought in their "good" tailor as I was told to fix it. He made it "better", but still not as nice as what was originally used. Great place. They did a great job of hemming my pleated jumpsuit and adjusting the neckline.
