Gala was absolutely incredible. She took so much care and time with my wedding dress throughout the entire alteration process, but what really meant the world to me was how she came through during a major wedding emergency. I had a fantastic experience at Alts in park slope. I needed the neckline of a dress taken in for a destination wedding and was hoping for a quick turnaround of two days. They did even better than that and tailored the dress while I waited!! The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgable and I will definitely be coming back!

Gala has been amazing throughout the whole process of getting my wedding dress altered. I needed multiple layers of my gown hemmed, adjustments to the waist and to have it all done within 6 weeks. The final result is flawless and I’m super happy with Gala’s attention to detail and overall level of service from Alts.
