I had a wonderful experience. My seamstress, Oksana, was so thorough & kind. She understood the changes I was looking to my pieces. It took the full 30 minutes, made sure I was comfortable with suggestions she made, wasn't in a rush. Front desk staff & manager were very helpful & accommodating especially since I was nervous about my timeline. Can't wait to see the outcome.
Tatiana was the best! She knew exactly what I needed and has great attention to detail. My dress looked amazing.
I had my rehearsal dinner dress tailored at Alts and they did an awesome job! Also had a great fitting with Oksana for a MOH dress I need tailored. Appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.
