I went in for an alteration that I thought would be straightforward seam and was told that it was “not possible”. It’s strange because other reviews indicate that the tailors are great with complex alterations but there was no problem solving or any attempt to generally get what I was going for and make a suggestion. I was disappointed by the unhelpfulness, but based on the other reviews I must have caught them on a bad day.

I brought in a secondhand dress that needed to be taken in. Oksana the tailor immediately knew what I was going for and had some suggestions about how much fabric to remove. Overall it was a really seamless experience! (no pun intended)
