The stylists desperately need continued education. I asked for very specific things and in 2 visits still things got messed up with a very simple short cut. Sad.
I called and asked if they had any availability for a same day color and trim. They were able to squeeze me in and make it work. I was treated with the same kindness, time and respect as a client that would have booked ahead of time. I did not feel rushed and was able to relax and enjoy my experience there. I can't say enough great things about Mabel! From the moment I walked into Altruist, I felt welcomed and at ease. I’ve been seeing Mabel for a few years now and she consistently takes the time to listen to exactly what I want and offers her expert advice on what would work best for my hair. Not only is Mabel incredibly skilled, but she is also very friendly and professional. If you're looking for a top-notch stylist who truly cares about their clients, look no further. Highly recommend!
I had my hair cut by Inna yesterday and she did a fantastic job. Inna was very professional and friendly. She did a fantastic job and was able to achieve the exact result I was hoping for. She was thorough and precise, a master of her craft. This is such a cute salon, and everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in. Highly recommend!
I recently got my haircut at Altruist by Courtney. It is one of, if not the, best hair cut I've ever had! Im so grateful to Courtney for showing me that she understood how to cut a thicker, wavier hair type into a short cut. My hair looks absolutely amazing and I will be going back to Courtney for my next cut. It was an enjoyable experience at the salon, and now I have a haircut I can feel so confident in, that works so well with my hair type.
