Had an issue with our Isuzu NRR not going into Regen Mode when attempting to do it manually. I messaged our sales rep (Dave Kirby) who immediately dispatched an email to the sales and service team with a 911 message. Within minutes I received a call from Jaspal in the service department who helped diagnose and solve the issue. Huge thanks to Dave and Jaspal for the incredible customer service and support.
As others have said, make sure you check your "quote" for a safety because they do work before authorizing it. The front staff, parts and service dont talk to each other causing issues and delays.
