Brisk on the phone but get the job done quickly and efficiently! Updated all of our information and made sure they were running the correct insurance.
Absolutely unwilling to work with you for payment plans. Also unwilling to provide the policies that state what percentage of a bill needs to be paid monthly. They also threaten collections even when payments were never missed, just because the payment plan that was set up "no longer meets payment guidelines". Definitely does not align with Altru's own mission statement, "Go above and beyond, Do the right thing". Providers are fantastic, business office practices are a 0/10.
If you can't afford the monthly payment they ask you to pay, they'll send your bill to collections.
