I like the system but it crashes a lot. The worst thing is they are now charging us to get new user licenses. When we purchased they said 1 license comes with it and we can change computers any time. Additional license is 99.00. Now that we have had it 3 years and buy a new computer they want 150.00 to transfer the license and another 100.00 for the second license. Again when it works I love what it provides but charging me more later and still dealing with the crashes I don’t like it. So I wont be recommending it any more.
Had problems on a late Friday afternoon got a phone call Saturday early and got things worked out. Only reason 4 instead 5 is because as of right now software installation was a little crazy but squared away.
Giving one star because cant give zero. they have the worst tech support and the entire damn company is a joke. we baught a full system from them and the boost senser never worked and they wont do anything about it. A new sensor is $300. Then our software stops working and they tell us to spend another $100 on the software just to get it actualy to work. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND any of their devises.
It's the biggest piece of shit! Tech support sucks, it hasn't worked in the past 2 months. It starts recording and at the end of a run the dashboard freezes and nothing gets saved to ad card
Will never buy from them again. First off the weather station it self works mint once you fix power setting issues. 2nd the software crashes, and it is usually right around the time to dial your car. 3rd the $999 paging system is a joke. They include a +12v connection for a battery, I have had it on 4 different batteries including 2 brand new ones, and the paging system will page once or twice and then completely stop working. I purchased a 1200 lithium 16 volt battery and 25 amp charger , ran it 3 weekends a month during the last 2 racing seasons in a top sportsman car with nitrous and lights on at night ,and adjusted valves with it , charged it after each run , it charged quickly and the charger let you know when it's fully charged , it never ran out of power and worked perfectly ,the battery is expensive but it's worth it , I did follow the directions and I'm very happy with this product
