I am sorry you were displeased with the bag of sanding dust left by the front steps. It is left with every homeowner. It was left in a tied up trash bag.
Michael did a great job on our floors. He was reliable, detail oriented, and enjoyable to talk to. We were looking for a non-poly finish, and one of his specialties is Magic Oil. The finish looks beautiful with no VOCs. We would definitely recommend.
We had sticky residue after removing carpet. Michael came out, and to save us some money, explained precisely the steps to doing it ourselves! We chose to hire him as planned and have no regrets. The end product was exactly what we wanted: original color with matte finish. Gorgeous.
My floors are beautiful with very little inconvenience to my family and dogs! Michael left everything tidy and neat after each process. There was no dust, or odor which I actually expected. Very pleased! Jennifer John
Knowledgeable, experienced and reliable. Provided great communication and attention to detail throughout the entire project leaving a clean job site every day. When less than expected quality of wood flooring was provided from manufacturer he used his relationships to quickly remedy the situation to ensure the highest quality finished product. Outstanding outcome! Highly recommended!

Very quick and friendly service, used a great water based seal coat that did not smell and dried very quickly, couldn't have asked for anything more
Beautiful finish and very near perfect match to our dining room floor that was not a good match by the installer (not Altringer). Done while we were gone over Thanksgiving, worked out great!
