Ok, so I was stupid and messed up the install of my 1250 GSA Crash bar reinforcements. I was super bummed and have a trip coming up so I tried giving them a call. Lyndell was AMAZING - totally took care of the issue and was a pleasure to work with. I was on the fence if I'd try a new company next time, but any org that actually answers the phone and has someone help you out like she did is a keeper in my book.

Recently bought their tenere 700 lowering links, superb quality indeed. Also just bought the adjustable kick stand it's built like a tank ! fits perfect bit pricey her in Oz but def worth it for the build quality.

I recently purchased a second-hand skid plate for my 16' BMW R1200gsa from ebay (discontinued through altrider). It arrived with everything except the crucial center stand pivot pins. I contacted altrider VIA phone and explained my situation. I actually got to talk to a human being without being placed on an extended hold.
