I ordered a crash bar set and when it arrived it was missing the reinforcement bars. I called and was told by Altrider that they didn't make enough profit to give me the bars and that they were changing the ad. I told them I was sorry that a mistake was made however I spend over $950.00 and wanted what they advertised (this is wear they could've handed the ball over to a more professional representative of the company to handle said mistake but no.
