Absolutely amazing customer service. Had a personal issue and had to cancel my order and request a refund. Lyndell from customer service was amazing. She readily sorted it all out. I have repeatedly bought from them in the past because they have the best products available. Plus their customer service is spectacular. Highly recommend.
Outstanding customer service — ask for Lyndell! I ordered a lowering linkage and adjustable side stand for my 2024 KTM 690 Enduro R, and Lyndell Jensen went above and beyond from start to finish. He personally confirmed fitment on both parts, and even flagged that I should measure my stock side stand first if my bike has raised suspension — the kind of detail you only get from someone who really knows the products (and cares about customers). I ordered the Alt Rider, side stand for my CRF300 Rally. The item itself was easy to install and direction which I found on Alt Rider You Tube were well produced as well. I have a question about the item itself and it's construction, Alt Rider we good about returning my email with a very detailed description of the material used. All in all a very professional and upcoming company.
Great Staff!! I bought the support kit to aid my GSA when I occasionally fall over, and set off my air vest (handi-capped plate). Thank You Alt Rider!!! and thank you Lyndell!! for helping me "see" the big picture when installing the AltRider OEM Reinforcement Crash Bars!!
