I can’t say enough good things about this company nurse Obafemi who delivers my methadone every day and helps manage my diabetes. He is incredibly reliable, kind, and professional, and he treats me with real respect and compassion. Managing daily medication and diabetes isn’t easy, but he makes it feel manageable and never rushed. He always checks in on how I’m doing and makes sure everything is handled properly. I am very happy with their services, the company is great, Nurse Abdoo has done a great job of taking care of my mom’s wounds and managing her medications. The wound is almost completely healed. I will recommend them anytime.
They have been terrible. The nurse manager Jose Cruz has been completely avoiding phone calls from both family and the psychiatrist... The company has repetitively not assigned nurses to administer medications on sunday evenings. There is a nurse that decided he didn't want to come back for the contracted 4pm administration of medication so he packed her whole day and left her... The supervisors will not respond either. Mind you... We have only had this VNA for 2 weeks! Absolutely disgusted with this neglect and abuse of omi... read more
