Amazing customer service--from start to finish! And even better, my 28 year-old WHITE Silhouettes look white again. Had no idea this could be done. Highly recommend.
We had Altra clean our 30 year old Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds in our master bedroom and bathroom and the results were amazing! The blinds were discolored from the sunlight and had some staining and bug residue in them. Timothy provided an estimate based on the information I provided, then came out to remove the blinds and repair any brackets that were damaged. Altra Blind Cleaning was recommended to me by the company that sold & installed my silhouette and mini blinds! Timothy was great to work with! He made scheduling easy, was professional as well as having a fun upbeat nature about him. My blinds are older so he explained the risks and the process. He picked up at the scheduled time and returned a week later with my Like New window coverings! Installation was quick and the entire process exceeded expectations! I highly recommend this local company!
Timothy was wonderful to work with. Very upbeat, knowledgeable,and professional. We had a total of 20 Hunter Douglas and Levolor blinds/shades in need of cleaning. He did a fantastic job! They look like new again! Will definitely hire him again in the future!
