As a landlord, property management with Justin was a mixed experience. I do not recommend for remote landlords who cannot physically check on their unit, maintenance, or property management themselves. If you can easily physically check on your property, it's probably ok. Nothing extremely bad happened but property management with Altos does not save you for headache and you're squeezed for your money.
