I've had a wonderful experience renting through Altos Realty, and I especially want to thank Justin for all of his help over the years. Justin has always been professional, responsive, and genuinely kind. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, he was quick to respond and always treated me with respect. I would highly recommend Justin and Altos Realty to anyone looking for a property management company that values its tenants and provides excellent service.
Altos Realty, INC. has taken care or our rentals for many years. They respond and resolve issues quickly and keep us informed with anything that might arise. They make sure the property is being well maintained by the tenants and up to their standards.
I enjoyed my time renting from Altos Realty Advisors. Mark was a great property manager. He was very attentive to issues & solving problems that arose. I will miss living in my apartment. I had some great times there. Zero complaints.
As a landlord, property management with Justin was a mixed experience. I do not recommend for remote landlords who cannot physically check on their unit, maintenance, or property management themselves. If you can easily physically check on your property, it's probably ok. Nothing extremely bad happened but property management with Altos does not save you for headache and you're squeezed for your money.
