I was a tenant in an Altos-managed property for a year and a half, and I had a fantastic experience. My landlord, Mark, was accommodating and easy to communicate with. He was quick to address the few issues I reported, and his responsiveness made my first apartment experience a very positive one. The rent was affordable for the Bay Area and the building was safe and well-maintained. If I return to the area, I would definitely consider renting from Altos again, and I highly recommend them to others!

I've been a tenant under Altos Realty Advisors for over 6 years(up until recently when the owner sold the bldg) and I've never had an issue with having my concerns heard/dealt with. Things just ran smoothly, whether if there was a personal issue, or any maintenance needs, to complete plumbing overhauls, everything was handled very quickly. *Justin, is truly an amazing human being. We moved across country to a beautiful place in Palo Alto and our experience with Jake Jefferies was nothing short of excellent. He guided us through every move in process and was also our main point of contact while in the unit. As with most brand new renovations we ran into some quirks here and there, but Jake was always there to get it promptly fixed. Former tenant who just moved out of an Altos managed property. Justin, our PM, was very accommodating, and prompt at resolving any issues we were having. Had some of the best two years of my life in a relatively affordable property. Paying and splitting rent was very easy to do online, and the process of signing the lease went smoothly. No surprises, no idiosyncrasy.

As a renter, I have had a positive experience with Altos Realty. We were really pleased with Justin. He always responded quickly to any concerns we had or if anything needed to be repaired.
