It seems like every time I do business somewhere I leave slightly unsatisfied. I often question if I'm just too picky or I expect to much out of people.. that was not the case today though! I had a mineral and bacteria test performed along with an acid neutralizer installed on my well water system today by Altoona Soft Water Inc. and man did they kill it! Awesome service, great people, and a super clean and organized installation! I'd recommend these guys to everybody!

We have a conditioning system from ASW in our home but were buying our drinking water from “the other guys”. Stopped at the ASW office one day and got 1 jug of water to try. I spoke to one of the owners about a white buildup on the pickup tube on our water dispenser. He told me that ASW water will not cause this, instead it will eventually clean itself out with usage. He was right. No more white buildup. We now use ASW water, salt for the conditioner and buy their coffee. I will definitely recommend others use their products... read more
We called on the 21st and they came the next day at 10am, the installation went very smooth, the technicians were very professional. The service was excellent, we couldn't ask for a better company to deal with. The owner of the company called later that afternoon to ask if everything was ok. I would rate them very high and recommend them to anybody. We were very satisfied with the service.

I have had Altoona soft water in my home a few times for a water filtration system and today for a new water softener. You will not find friendly knowledgeable cleaner working guys. Awesome job I highly recommend and I'm a customer for life. Amazing services. You once again impressed me.
