They won't see my daughter anymore because they said she was a no show. I always call the day before if we can't make it. I told the girl that on the phone and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
This office is a joke and the employees are rude
I made a desperately needed appointment with this office back in April. The soonest they could get me in was July. They have an insane procedure to even keep am appointment here, Hunger Games vibes. I just got a call saying my appointment had to be moved to February because two of the hygienists quit. That is a completely unacceptable amount of time to make someone wait for an appointment. I'm guessing the hygienists probably quit due to how poorly run this place appears to be. I elected to search for another dentist. Really... read more
Only gave it one star because it wouldn’t let me not. Terrible place to go. Sat there over an hour while they called everyone back that came in after me. Waiting room crowded. Stop over scheduling patients. Walked out. That’s unacceptable
Been coming here for a couple years now they are always fast and friendly. I had a bunch of work done by Aspen dental which I'm still paying on and had all of it redone by partnering for dental and haven't had an issue since.
