Doctor Novak and his staff are 100% amazing! I haven’t been there in a year and a half, I am making an appointment tomorrow morning. And of all the years I’ve been on planet Earth I have never met a Doctor Who put as much effort Into trying to preserve something for me. This young man and his staff treated me like a real human being.
They won't see my daughter anymore because they said she was a no show. I always call the day before if we can't make it. I told the girl that on the phone and she hung up on me. Very unprofessional.
