Very disappointed with Altoona Honda. I attempted to purchase a new vehicle this week. They offered me 2500.00 less than KBB for my vehicle. Apparently they charge a “Reconditioning” fee on trade ins. When I questioned the additional fees. The salesman said (and i quote) “well, we need to keep the lights on here”. I got up and walked out! Ive owned several Hondas over the years, all purchased from Altoona, now i guess ill be buying from DuBois or Greensburg!
China from Altoona Honda was wonderful. She was great to work with and she made sure I got exactly what I wanted and I got the exact color I wanted. I absolutely love my new 2020 Honda CR-V. China and the rest of the Altoona Honda staff were absolutely amazing with us and even my puppy dog Frankie. Altoona Honda has an excellent staff, especially China.
I bought a Honda Civic from the dealership. Rick Mcmullen was my salesperson he was awesome. Very personable full of energy and knowledgeable. He narrowed down the options based on what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier. Thanks Rick and thanks Altoona Honda
