They take excellent care of grounds and maintenance is very quick to help needs.
I’ve lived here for about 3 years. It’s been a great experience. Friendly, responsive office staff, friendly neighbors, great amenities, including pool, community garden, trails, basketball, tennis, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, playground, and more. I’m on the bottom floor and while I can hear my neighbors above me, it’s normal sounds of living in a downstairs apartment. Maintenance and grounds crews are thorough and polite and very responsive.
