We had such a positive experience at this walk-in clinic. The staff has a fantastic bedside manner—professional, warm, and incredibly kind. They were wonderful with my kids, making them feel comfortable and cared for. The office and exam rooms are spotless, which adds to the overall feeling of trust and cleanliness. A big bonus is the fantastic pharmacy attached to the clinic. I’ve had the most amazing doctor for about 30 years, until she retired. Her replacement was “ok.” My daughter recommended the Alton Medical Village Clinic, indicating both male & female doctors were accepting patients. I switched over to Dr. Tehmina Rashid. That was the best move I’ve done! Dr. Rashid really “listens” and follows through on concerns. I never thought I’d find a doctor to exceed the one I had who retired but I honestly think I did! If you ever need a walk in clinic - it’s not busy and the doctors are great! My daughter went today for a sprained ankle and the doctor gave us a req for X-rays and the doctor called me back with results within 2 hrs of X-rays. I was expecting a few days before I heard anything! Really impressed
Dr Saad is amazing. The service, attention to detail and just general care is next level. AVMH is reigniting my faith in Canadian healthcare.
