I started following up with Doctor Tahmima Rashid since the end of 2024 ,she is very nice and professional , I have also seen Dr Yasine when she was away and they are both doing an awesome job , I highly recommend this clinic
Dr. Saad was so professional and kind. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful, and the pharmacy team was great too. Overall, a really positive experience!
The clinic doesn't understand the concept of scheduled appointments. If you book or do a walk in, the waiting time is the same. They will take whoever comes in first even if there is an appointment, you may end up wasting time.
Insanely, Horrible, i cannot believe what wouldve happened if i did not get a second opinion, i had to come 3 times within 2 weeks with the same concern for the doctor to tell me come back within months for another check up, begged for any type of medication for dr. Yasin to say there is nothing we can do. i went ER joseph brant next day for them to say you need antibiotics and prescribed me a weeks dose….. I was in pain for 2 weeks, this is actually insane. Visited here for my first time today, I needed eyedrops for an eye infection. I was in and out very quickly, they promised a short wait time and they kept that promise. Convenient pharmacy in the same unit which had my prescription ready in five minutes. Dr. Yasin is a very pleasant person and a very efficient doctor. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful, and so were the pharmacy staff. Excellent clinic, I intend to come here from now on
