I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yasin. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Yasin took the time to really listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving, same as for all my family members. We highly recommend Dr. Saad Yasin. He is a professional and friendly doctor with an excellent bedside manner, especially with kids. The reception staff is always welcoming and efficient, and we appreciate the easy availability of appointments and the convenient walk-in option. The attached pharmacy is also a huge plus, with helpful pharmacists who make everything so much easier.
We had such a positive experience at this walk-in clinic. The staff has a fantastic bedside manner—professional, warm, and incredibly kind. They were wonderful with my kids, making them feel comfortable and cared for. The office and exam rooms are spotless, which adds to the overall feeling of trust and cleanliness. I’ve had the most amazing doctor for about 30 years, until she retired. Her replacement was “ok.” My daughter recommended the Alton Medical Village Clinic, indicating both male & female doctors were accepting patients. I switched over to Dr. Tehmina Rashid. That was the best move I’ve done! Dr. Rashid really “listens” and follows through on concerns. I never thought I’d find a doctor to exceed the one I had who retired but I honestly think I did!
