Amazing experience at Alton Village Animal Hospital! The staff is so empathetic and truly understands how much our pets mean to us. They were thorough, gentle during the exam, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. I left feeling confident and cared for. Highest recommendation for anyone seeking top-tier veterinary care!
I gave this place a few chances, but if it were possible, I'd give them a half a star. Kendra eventually ran out of patience in investigating what was truly wrong with my pup. Instead, she kept prescribing my poor pup different medication, which I later found out (from another more qualified vet) she didn't even need. From the moment you walk into the clinic, you feel at ease and know your fur baby is in good hands. It does not feel like a cold clinic. My cat thoroughly enjoys the Dr.'s beautiful velvet chair. Dr. Goulet is knowledgeable and I leave the clinic feeling confident that my cat has received the best care possible.
